Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using Royalhands Cooperatives services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Membership Eligibility

To become a member, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide valid identification (NIN and BVN)
• Provide proof of address
• Have a valid email address and phone number
• Agree to the terms and conditions

3. Contributions

Members are required to make daily contributions based on their chosen plan. A 1% maintenance fee will be deducted from each contribution to support system operations and improvements.

4. Loans

Loans are available to members based on their contribution history. The maximum loan amount is 3 times the total contributions. All loans are subject to approval and come with a 5% interest rate.

5. Repayment

Loan repayments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Failure to repay may result in:

• Suspension of account privileges
• Legal action to recover the debt
• Negative credit reporting

6. Withdrawals

Members may withdraw their savings subject to the cooperative's policies. Withdrawals may affect loan eligibility.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

8. Privacy Policy

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data is protected and used only for cooperative operations.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

10. Amendments

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
